CondoCentralTM by frapple.com is a web service that displays each building's listings on a single page. Access to the information is a frappleTM link code. The code is discreetly displayed at your building's entrances and we send an introduction letter to residents explaining the service.
We have licensed real estate agents that have agreed to keep the listing information current. Every day agents are provided with new listings and / or change of status information. The information will be on your building's page within 48 hours.
The best part, the service is provided at no cost to the Condominium Corporation or owners. In fact the corporation can earn a percentage of revenue from National and local advertisers wishing to be on your page. Your board of directors can elect to not display ads, but we believe this option will be rarely taken up.
The developers of frappleTM pioneered the display of tee times on private golf club web sites. The tee sheet continues today as the most popular page for member visits. As tee times are the focal point of a golf club, current prices are of interest to condo owners. Even if an owner is not considering selling, having the information readily available is of interest to everyone.
